Abstract:
The present invention relates to a translational optical actuator, in particular to an in-plane two-dimensional translational optical actuator, which overcomes the problems that existing in-plane two-dimensional translational optical actuators have large sizes and the fatigue life of elastomers fails to meet elastomer service life requirements of long-term high-resonant-frequency operating conditions. The in-plane two-dimensional translational optical actuator comprises a fixed plate, a translation plate, i groups of elastic components located between the fixed plate and the translation plate and having both ends respectively connected to the fixed plate and the translation plate, and j sets of electromagnetic drive components fixed between the fixed plate and the translation plate. The fixed plate is provided with a light-transmitting region. The translation plate is provided with a light pass-through hole used for placing an optical element. Each elastic component group consists of elastic elements either in same or different quantities, and the quantity of elastic elements in at least one group among the i groups of elastic components is greater than or equal to 2. The j sets of electromagnetic drive components are arranged in two different directions within a plane and used for driving the translation plate to move relative to the fixed plate in two different directions in a plane where the translation plate is located, thus achieving two-dimensional translation of the translation plate.
