Abstract:
Provide is an in-vehicle communication network system 1, wherein I/F units 8, 13, 9 for converting an audio signal to a digital signal and transmitting the signal are arranged, respectively, in an emergency notification device 1, an OHC 3, and a multi-media system 4. Also provided is a network switch 15 which can switch between: a normal connection state, in which a communication network via the I/F units 8, 13, and 19 is connected such that audio signals input/output via the OHC 3 can be used by both the emergency notification device 2 and the multi-media system 4; and an emergency connection state, in which the communication network is connected such that only the emergency notification device can use the audio signals.
