Abstract:
Provided are an in-vehicle control device, an in-vehicle control system, an in-vehicle control method and a computer program. The in-vehicle control device is provided with: an operation unit which receives an operation related to a start-up request for an accessory mounted in a vehicle; and a transmission unit which, when the operation unit receives the operation, transmits a response request signal that requests a response to a portable apparatus, wherein when the portable apparatus is authenticated on the basis of a response signal to the response request signal from the portable apparatus, the in-vehicle control device starts the accessory. The in-vehicle control device is provided with: a detection unit which detects the presence of the portable apparatus; and a transmission stopping unit which stops the transmission of the response request signal when the operation is received by the operation unit.
