Abstract:
An in vitro analysis diagnostic instrument, a circulating tumor cell sorting and enrichment micro-fluidic chip and a method. The microfluidic chip comprises a functional plate (1). A primary flow channel (10) communicated with a sample inlet and a fine screening flow channel (20) communicated with the primary flow channel (10) are formed on the first side of the functional plate (1), and a deepening flow channel (30) is dug on the side of the fine screening flow channel (20) away from the aggregation of circulating tumor cells (03). The deepening flow channel (30) is formed in the extension direction of the fine screening flow channel (20), and the depth of the deepening flow channel (30) is greater than that of the fine screening flow channel (20). Under the balance of the acting force in the primary flow channel (10), the circulating tumor cells (03) and leukocytes (02) can be preliminarily aggregated into bands, and then flow into the fine screening flow channel (20), and the deepening flow channel (30) is dug on the side of the fine screening flow channel (20) away from the aggregation of the circulating tumor cells, to disrupt the liquid flow state near the outer wall of the fine screening flow channel (20), such that the leukocytes (02) can generate a disordered motion state, the leukocytes (02) are prevented from being aggregated at the bottom of the inner wall of the fine screening flow channel (20), and then the circulating tumor cells (03) are separated from leukocytes (02), thereby facilitating recycling of the circulating tumor cells (03).
