Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an incentive setting device which imparts suitable incentives for proposals for a user. An incentive amount calculation unit 155 calculates an incentive to affect the selection of some proposal details (search paths) proposed to a single user on the basis of approximate functions 7 and 8 derived on the basis of approximate functions (e.g., approximate functions 5 and 6) that indicate a selection trend of each user based on an evaluation value of the details of one proposal of each user (direct path) and an evaluation value of the details of another proposal (recommendation path etc.). Incentive necessity is determined by using approximate functions 1 and 2 (or approximation functions 3 and 4), and the incentive amount calculation unit 155 calculates the incentive on the basis thereof. Accordingly, the incentive amount calculation unit 155 calculates the incentive on the basis of a path selection trend of the user in a broad sense.
