Abstract:
An independent type food pump core with an external spring, the pump core comprising a main column (2), an auxiliary column (3), a piston (4), a pump chamber (5), a spring (6) and a glass bead (7). The main column (2) is arranged in the pump chamber (5); the auxiliary column (3) is connected to a lower end of the main column (2); the piston (4) is arranged on outer sides of the main column (2) and the auxiliary column (3) in a sleeving manner; a lock cover (9), which is capable of fixing the main column (2) to the pump chamber (5), is fixed to the pump chamber (5); a cover flanging (91) that is turned outwards is arranged at an upper end of the lock cover (9); an upper end of the pump chamber (5) is fixed at an inner side of the cover flanging (91) in an inserted manner; a locking opening (92) protruding upwards above the cover flanging (91) is provided in the lock cover (9); a locking flanging (21) that is turned outwards and arranged on an outer side of the locking opening (92) in a sleeving manner for locking is arranged at an upper end of the main column (2); the outer diameter of the locking flanging (21) is smaller than that of the cover flanging (91); an upper portion of the pump chamber (5) is provided with an annular baffle plate (51) capable of blocking a lower portion of a top plate of a bottle locking cover (8) from the bottom; a gap (50) for accommodating the top plate of the bottle locking cover (8) is provided between the annular baffle plate (51) and a bottom face of a lower end of the cover flanging (91); an inner side of the upper end of the main column (2) is provided with an insertion head (24) which is used for being fixed to a pressing head (1) in an inserted and sealed manner; and the pump core can be stored and transported independently and can match different pressing heads (1) and bottle locking covers (8), such that use is flexible.
