Title:
INDEX-LINKAGE-ANALYSIS-BASED MULTI-OBJECTIVE OPTIMIZATION METHOD FOR PEAK REGULATION SCHEDULING OF POWER SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/142900
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention falls within the technical field of hydropower scheduling operation. Provided is an index-linkage-analysis-based multi-objective optimization method for peak regulation scheduling of a power system. According to the invention, five peak regulation indexes are taken into consideration in a comprehensive manner, and an economic linkage analysis theory is introduced to perform a stability test and a causal relationship test on a data sequence of indexes so as to effectively clarify a linkage change rule among the indexes; a mutual influence relationship is quantified by using a regression analysis method, and then a multi-index coupling peak regulation scheduling optimization model is constructed; and finally model solving is performed using a genetic algorithm. According to the present invention, the comprehensive peak regulation requirements of a power grid can be described more objectively, thereby facilitating a reduction in subjective assumptions in decisions for schedulers. Compared with a conventional different single peak regulation index model, the method remarkably improves the peak regulation effect, and provides a new technical method for peak regulation scheduling decisions made during short-term operation of the power system.
