Abstract:
An indirectly heated cathode (C1) for gas discharge tube, comprising a heater (1) for heating, a coiled-coil (2), and a metallic oxide (10), wherein an electrical insulating layer (4) is formed on the surface of the heater (1) for heating, the heater (1) for heating is installed inside the coiled-coil (2), the coiled-coil (2) is connected, for grounding, to the ground side terminal of the heater (1) for heating, the metallic oxide (10) is installed so as to be held by and brought into contact with the coiled-coil (2), and the heater (1) for heating comes into contact with the metallic oxide (10) and the coiled-coil (2) through the electrical insulating layer (4).
