Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cookware control device (1) for use an induction heating cooker (3). The cookware control device (1) according to the present invention has a casing (4) which includes a receiver coil (5) for sensing a time-varying electromagnetic field produced by an induction coil (6) of the induction heating cooker (3), a power supply unit (7) for producing supply voltage, wherein the power supply unit (7) has a rectifier and a regulator electrically connected to the receiver coil (5), a temperature sensing unit (8) having a temperature sensor (9) for sensing a temperature of a cookware (10), and outputting the sensed temperature, a user interface unit (11) for receiving a user input and for audibly and/or visually outputting information to the user, a control unit (12) for controlling operation of the user interface unit (11) and for receiving the sensed temperature output from the temperature sensing unit (8).
