The invention disclosed an individualised custom-built transfering method for users of mobile services, comprise : packing kinds of public services logic programs for multi-users in intelligent network; respectively storing special user's information of each kind of services for each user; recognizing the individualised services choice reffering by the user; putting the request to the Home Location Register (HLR); at the same time, amending said individualised user information. It can provide many kinds of services. Users can make a choice of own to eack kind of services, and smartly set the individualised information of own.
