Abstract:
The present invention relates to an indole alkaloid, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. Specifically disclosed in the present invention are a compound as shown in formula I and a preparation method therefor, and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a metabolic precursor thereof, a metabolic product thereof, an isomer thereof or a prodrug thereof. According to the present invention, experiments show that such an indole alkaloid can not only promote the axon growth of peripheral sensory neurons and improve the nerve conduction velocity and sensory deprivation symptoms of diabetic mice, but also can promote the healing of foot ulcer wounds of diabetic mice, thereby exhibiting good therapeutic effects on diabetes complications such as peripheral neuropathy and diabetic feet. According to the present invention, experiments show that such an indole alkaloid can also significantly reduce the degree of bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis in mice, playing a protective role on pulmonary tissues.
