Abstract:
This indoor unit for an air conditioner has a box-shaped conduit mounting component comprising a first component, a second component, and a third component. The second component and the third component are detachably attached to the first component in a first state and a second state. The second component is provided with a first plate portion to which a conduit is connected. The third component is provided with a second plate portion. Any one of the plurality of side portions of the conduit mounting component is designated as a first side portion, and the side portion adjacent to the first side portion is designated as a second side portion. In the first state, the first plate portion constitutes the first side portion and the second plate portion constitutes the second side portion. In the second state, the first plate portion constitutes the second side portion and the second plate portion constitutes the first side portion.
