Abstract:
One aspect of an indoor unit according to the present disclosure is an indoor unit of an air conditioner, said indoor unit including a housing having an air outlet formed therein, a heat exchanger contained inside the housing, an air blower that is contained inside the housing and blows air to the air outlet, and a biological information detection device that can detect biological information about a living body from a living body located in a detection range, wherein the air outlet is provided with an opening and closing portion for opening and closing at least a portion of the air outlet, the biological information detection device is contained inside the housing, and the detection range of the biological information detection device is provided outside the moving range of the opening and closing portion.
