Abstract:
This induction heater is configured so that: a large number of heating coil units (2) provided directly under a top plate (6) are pressed by an urging part against the top plate and the direction of vibration of the heating coil units is restricted to a predetermined direction; light-emitting display units (3, 23) for emitting light so as to be visually observable through the top plate are disposed around the heating coil units; a heating controller (22) specifies the heating coil unit to inductively heat an object placed on the top plate; and some of the light-emitting display units disposed around the specified heating coil unit are at least caused to emit light and the heating region is displayed.
