An induction heating cooking apparatus installed on a cabinet having a vent hole communicating with the outside. The apparatus comprises a top plate on which a cooking container is placed, an induction heating part induction-heating the cooking container, an energization control device controlling the energization of the induction heating part, a cooling fan cooling the energization control device, an outer case storing the energization control device and the cooling fan, and a bottom cover covering the bottom face of the outer case. The outer case comprises a bottom face positioned inside the cabinet. A first intake hole flowing air to the cooling fan is formed in the bottom face of the outer case. A plurality of second intake holes are formed in the bottom cover so as not to be overlapped with the first intake hole. An exhaust hole is formed in the top plate. Thus, since the intake holes are prevented from being clogged by film-like foreign matters such as vinyl bags and wraps put in the cabinet, the cooling capacity of the cabinet is not lowered.
