Abstract:
This induction heating device 200 heats by induction a heat-generating body 5 comprising a magnetic material. This induction-heating device 200 is equipped with: an induction-heating coil 6 wound around so as to cover the heat-generating body 5; and a power supplying unit 201 for supplying a high-frequency current to the induction-heating coil 6, causing the heat-generating body 5 to rise in temperature to a target temperature by induction heating. The target temperature is set to a higher temperature than the Curie temperature of the heat-generating body 5.
