Title:
INDUCTION HEATING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2007/077701
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
An induction heating device (1) is constructed from a heating section (2), feeding
rollers (R), and a correction section (3) and is placed on the downstream side,
relative to the conveyance direction, of a rolled material (P) paid out from a
coil box (B). The heating section (2) has an inductor and heats the material (P)
by using high-frequency induction. The feeding rollers (R) feed the rolled material
(P) to the heating section (2). The correction section (3) is provided near the
heating section (2) and limits the height of a warp the rolled material (P) to a
predetermined level, thereby substantially increasing heating ability of
the heating section (2) and preventing the rolled material (P) from coming into
contact with the heating section (2).
