Abstract:
An induction motor rotor is provided with: a rotor core that is formed in a cylindrical shape by laminating a plurality of circular ring-shaped magnetic steel sheets having a rotary shaft hole, and that has a plurality of core slots formed in the core; a conductor ring fixed at both shaft ends of the rotor core and having a plurality of conductor slots formed in the ring corresponding to the core slots of the rotor core; conductor bars inserted into the core slots and the conductor slots and each having threads formed at an end of the bar; and double nuts screwed onto the threads to threadedly engage the rotor core and the conductor ring with each other. The conductor bars and the double nuts are formed of the same conductive material.
