Abstract:
The present invention relates to an induction roaster. The induction roaster according to the present invention comprises: a stand fixed to the top of an induction heating unit or a table having an induction heating unit installed therein; an oil receiver fixedly installed on the stand; and a roasting grill located on the oil receiver and fixedly installed on the stand, wherein the stand may include: a pair of supports having a rectangular shape with opposite sides formed in a round shape, the supports being spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance; a mounting groove formed on the upper surface of each support to a predetermined depth, the mounting groove being open at opposite sides thereof, wherein a second handle formed on the roasting grill is inserted in the mounting groove to fix the roasting grill; and stationary rods fixedly installed on opposite ends of the pair of supports, wherein insertion grooves formed on the oil receiver are fastened and fixed to the stationary rods.
