Abstract:
Disclosed are an industrial control system and a control method. The system comprises a control room and a plurality of industrial workshops. A main console is provided in the control room. A command module, a first warning module, a first calling intercom module, a main controller module, a video display module, and a working state display module are arranged on the main console. The main console is connected to a dynamic data encryption module. One side of the dynamic data encryption module is connected to a network module and a secondary network module. The secondary network module is connected to the dynamic data encryption module by means of a network link control switch module. The network module and the secondary network module are separately connected to a data packet analysis frequency recording module. External related personnel can be effectively prevented from controlling the industrial control system, the economic loss of a factory is effectively reduced, whether a command is replaced or not can be fed back in time, loss can be stopped in time, cracking is difficult, the command is fed back in time, multiple protection measures are taken, and the accuracy of a control command is protected.
