Abstract:
Provided is an industrial manufacturing method for a damascenone, the method being characterised in that: ionone is reacted with a peroxide to produce epoxy compound A, epoxy compound A is reduced to intermediate product B under the effect of hydrazine, and the damascenone is obtained via oxidation of intermediate product B. The present invention optimises the production process and the synthetic route, there are few side reactions during production, post-treatment is convenient, the production conditions are mild, and the present invention is suitable for industrial production modes.
