Abstract:
An industrial mechanical automatic welding device, comprising a device main body. A mounting table is provided at the upper end of the device main body. A base is provided at the upper end of the mounting table. A transmission mechanism is provided at the upper end of the base. A rotating disc is provided on the outer surface of the transmission mechanism. A first connecting rod is provided on the outer surface of the rotating disc. A second connecting rod is provided on the inner side of the transmission mechanism. A welding machine is provided at the upper end of the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod. A dustproof net is provided on one side of the device main body. A heat dissipation cylinder is provided on the inner side of the device main body. A heat dissipation net is provided on one side of the heat dissipation cylinder. A fixing rod, a motor, and a fan are provided on the inner side of the heat dissipation cylinder. The present industrial mechanical automatic welding device uses the transmission mechanism, the rotating disc and the connecting rods, to achieve automation of the welding device, such that manual operation is greatly reduced, and the device is practical. By means of the motor, the fan and the heat dissipation net, the internal temperature of the device main body is reduced, such that the device may be used for a long time without being damaged from the high temperature, and thus the device is more practical.
