Title:
INDUSTRIAL TWO-LAYER FABRIC
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/158640
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
In the present invention, oblique crest lines expressed on the surface of a woven fabric by warp knuckles are eliminated. An industrial two-layer fabric in which transfer marks are minimized and excellent surface smoothness and travel stability are achieved is provided by preventing adjacent wefts from moving together or apart from each other. An industrial two-layer fabric in which a top-surface-side fabric comprising a top-surface-side warp and a top-surface-side weft, and a bottom-surface-side fabric comprising a bottom-surface-side warp and a bottom-surface-side weft are joined using a warp functioning as a binding thread, wherein the industrial two-layer fabric is characterized in that all warp knuckles formed on the surface side are formed by passing through the top side of a single top-surface-side weft, the warp knuckles being such that at least two other warp knuckles are disposed diagonally in plan view in adjacent shafts, and the warp knuckles being continuously arranged so as to form a herringbone pattern on the surface-layer side of the woven fabric.
