Abstract:
Provided is a novel indwelling needle assembly in which the relative movement of an inner needle with respect to an outer needle is restricted even when puncturing by holding an outer needle hub side. An indwelling needle assembly 10 in which an inner needle 14 having an inner needle hub 46 on the proximal end side is removably inserted into an outer needle 12 having an outer needle hub 16 on the proximal end side, wherein a clip 74 that is disengageably engaged with an engaging portion 100 on the outer needle hub 16 side is provided on the inner needle hub 46, the clip 74 is provided on the same top surface side as a blade surface 43 of a needle tip 44 of the inner needle 14 in the inner needle hub 46, and a pair of side support surfaces 60, 60 to be supported by fingers is provided on both sides of the inner needle hub 46 where the clip 74 is detached in the circumferential direction.
