Abstract:
The present invention relates to an infectious disease transmission simulating method and system, and a terminal and a storage medium. The method comprises: building an individual movement model according to multi-source data in a prevention and control zone; constructing an individual-based space-time dynamic contact network on the basis of the individual movement model; performing modeling regarding non-pharmacological intervening measures implemented in the prevention and control zone; and building an individual-based infectious disease transmission model on the basis of the dynamic contact network and the modeling regarding the intervening measures, and simulating, by means of the infectious disease transmission model, the intensity of infectious disease transmission in the prevention and control zone. In the present invention, the intensity of infectious disease transmission in a prevention and control zone is simulated by means of an infectious disease transmission model, and fused modeling of non-pharmacological intervening measures can be supported, such that the degree of individual compliance with the intervening measures can be evaluated, and the effectiveness of each non-pharmacological intervening measure for suppressing infectious disease transmission can be accurately evaluated, thereby systematically and scientifically assisting in handling future epidemic prevention and control.
