An inflatable neck brace, comprising an inflation mechanism (3), a front assembly (2) and a rear assembly (1), wherein the front assembly (2) is U-shaped and extends from the front of the neck of a human body to the left side and the right side of the neck; the rear assembly (1) is supported on the rear of the neck of the human body and matches the front assembly (2) to hold the neck of the human body; and the rear assembly (1) comprises an air bag (13), the air bag (13) abuts against the rear of the neck of the human body, the air bag (13) is connected to the inflation mechanism (3), and the inflation mechanism (3) inflates air into the air bag (13) to adjust the size of the air bag (13). The inflatable neck brace can adjust the size of the air bag (13) according to the requirements of a user, such that the air bag adapts to cervical vertebrae with different physiological curves, and allows the head to be tilted back so that the cervical vertebra presents a natural curvature; and the air bag (13) takes the back of the rear of the neck as a supporting point, thereby holding up the back side of the head, and thus achieving the effect of opening an intervertebral space.
