Abstract:

Disclosed is an information acquisition method of a voice mailbox system. The method comprises the steps of: upon receiving message information sent by a communication sending-side user, determining information features of the message information; performing analysis on whether pre-stored information features consistent with the determined information features exist; and when the pre-stored information features consistent with the determined information features exist, acquiring information corresponding to the determined information features from an information base, and pushing the acquired information to a communication receiving-side user. Also disclosed is an information acquisition device of a voice mailbox system. Message information in the information base of the voice mailbox system can be analyzed reasonably and effectively, and effective message information can be applied to daily life and work to instruct and help daily life and work, so that the voice mailbox system has diversified functions and the performance of the voice mailbox system can be improved.
