Abstract:
An information collection method according to the present disclosure comprises: a step (S14) for receiving stay information transmitted from a communication terminal (2) that includes a user's stay location determined by the communication terminal (2); a step (S15) for, on the basis of the stay location included in the stay information, performing a geofencing determination to determine whether or not the user is staying at a point of interest; a step (S16) for generating questionnaire survey information including a questionnaire survey if the geofencing determination determines that the user is staying; a step (S17) for transmitting the questionnaire survey information to the communication terminal; and a step (24) for receiving answer survey information corresponding to the questionnaire survey information and transmitted from the communication terminal.
