Abstract:
An information communicating method according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: receiving behavior information pertaining to the behavior of a first consumer (S11); using the behavior information and standard power use information indicating a predetermined power use amount as a standard power use amount to estimate first power use information indicating the hourly amount of power used by the first consumer (S12); receiving a desired consumer condition desired by an electric power retailer (S13); determining whether the first power use information matches the desired consumer condition (S14); and, when the first power use information has been determined to match the desired consumer condition, communicating first consumer information pertaining to the first consumer to the electric power retailer (S15).
