　An event information storage unit (34) stores the time of occurrence of an event in accordance with the subject being monitored, among a plurality of subjects being monitored, for which the event has occurred (or is expected to occur). A control unit (10) performs control such that, on the basis of position information for displaying, in an overall view, each of the plurality of subjects being monitored, event display images are rendered in accordance with the subjects being monitored for which an event has occurred (or is expected to occur), the subjects being monitored being stored in the event information storage unit (34). The event display image includes a circular section that shows a prescribed amount of time in the circumferential direction, an indicator that shows the current hour or minute, and an event occurrence time display section that corresponds to the time of occurrence of the event.
