Abstract:
[PROBLEMS TO BE SOLVED] When a secret number, etc. are input, stealthily seeing
key information input and erroneous input are prevented and users are promoted
to use a security function so that its effectiveness is ensured. [MEANS FOR SOLVING
PROBLEMS] An information entry device includes an information entry dial (11)
provided with a plurality of entry keys (24) disposed in predetermined order
on the same circumference of the dial to indicate information necessary for trade;
a position changing mechanism for changing a position on the circumference without
change of the order of the plurality of entry keys (24) by user’s operation;
an information recognizing means for recognizing entry key information selected
by the user; and a control means for processing of recognized entry information
in a predetermined manner and giving preferential treatment in which money is
given to a user, a coupon or a credit point of pecuniary worth is issued, a trade
commission is discounted, a part or all of the price of a commodity or a service
charge is discount, and right to buy a specific product or to use services is issued,
wherein the control means carries out the preferential treatment on condition
that the position of an entry key on the circumference is changed by user’s
key operation.
