Abstract:
The present application relates to a ranging positioning scene in the field of wireless communication sensing, and in particular to an information interaction method and a related apparatus. The method comprises: two communication parties (such as a first device and a second device) use respective narrowband communication modules (such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, or ZigBee) to negotiate parameters used in a ranging process, and then use respective UWB modules to perform ranging according to the parameters negotiated and determined using the narrowband communication modules. By using embodiments of the present application, the complexity of UWB modules can be reduced, and power consumption of the UWB modules is reduced. The present application is applied to a UWB-based wireless personal area network system and a sensing system, and can also be applied to a WLAN system supporting 802.11 family protocols.
