Abstract:

A clock signal extracting section (11) is connected to an information signal interface of an information device (2) for processing an information signal to extract the clock signal component of the information signal. A clock signal generating section (12) generates a pseudo-clock signal having a given phase difference from the phase of the clock signal component extracted by the clock signal extracting section (11). A preventive signal generating section (13) generates a leakage preventive signal having an electromagnetic wave strength greater than that of the electromagnetic wave of when the information signal leaks as an electromagnetic wave according to the pseudo-clock signal generated by the clock signal generating section (12). A preventive signal output section (14) outputs the leakage preventive signal generated by the preventive signal generating section (13).
