Abstract:
An information output method and system based on a robot are characterized in that: when an elevator of a high-rise building in a city where a first device is located has a fault, the first device sends position information and a building name of the high-rise building and a name of a street around the high-rise building to a second device and a third device through the internet of things; when it is determined that a target outdoor display screen in a working state exists on the street to which the name of the street belongs, the second device sends, through the internet of things, elevator fault alarm information comprising the position information and the building name of the high-rise building to the target outdoor display screen; and the target outdoor display screen outputs the elevator fault alarm information. The fault of the elevator of the high-rise building can be known by the outside world in time by means of the loudspeaker, so as to prevent a trapped person from suffering a life danger; and financial management is performed on a financial management account corresponding to a user identifier corresponding to a target robot, so as to motivate the target robot to participate in the matter of giving an alarm when the elevator has a fault.
