Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing an information presentation assistance device for a straddled vehicle that is capable of effectively providing more information to a rider. An information presentation assistance device for a straddled vehicle comprises: an active presentation unit information acquisition unit that acquires active presentation unit information related to a plurality of information presentation units that are available and disposed on the straddled vehicle or personal equipment of the rider of the straddled vehicle; a classification information acquisition unit that acquires classification information related to the type of output information; a selection unit that, when presenting a plurality of sets of output information so as to mutually overlap in time, selects at least one information presentation unit serving as the presentation destination for each of the plurality of sets of output information from among the plurality of available information presentation units, on the basis of the relationship between a plurality of sets of classification information related to at least the plurality of sets of output information; and a presentation instruction output unit that outputs a presentation instruction such that each of the plurality of sets of output information is presented by the information presentation unit selected by the selection unit.
