Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a technique that enables a control for providing a notification to a user in a manner more desirable for the user when an event occurs. [Solution] This information processing apparatus is provided with: an acquisition unit that acquires detection data including the importance and/or the urgency of an event; and a notification control unit that controls a notification object, which provides different notifications in accordance with the content of the detection data, so as to notify the user of a prescribed notification content by means of the notification object, wherein the notification control unit controls whether to position the notification object in the center of the visual field or in the effective visual field of the user.
