Abstract:

An information processing device (101) stores one or a plurality of application sets, each of which comprises one or a plurality of sets of application information. The information processing device (101) transmits one or a plurality of application sets to a communication device (102) in response to an instruction from a manager. The communication device (102) causes the received one or plurality of application sets to be reflected therein. The communication device (102) manages and executes the application sets. This allows the information processing device (101) to flexibly and quickly implement restrictions on the business use of the communication device (102) imposed by the manager.
