Abstract:
The present invention provides a means for utilizing entrustment and setting a condition for being confirmed as a beneficiary, said means being capable of changing the beneficiary when the condition is unfulfilled. The present invention is characterized by having: a first storage means for storing first entrustment information, which is information relating to a stock subscription right having been been entrusted from a trustor to a first trustee; an assessment means for assessing the fulfillment of a confirmation condition for allowing a tentative conferment subject in the entrustment indicated by the first entrustment information to be confirmed as a beneficiary; and a second storage means that, when it is assessed by the assessment means that the beneficiary confirmation condition is unfulfilled, stores second entrustment information, which is information relating to the stock subscription right according to the first entrustment information having been turned over from the first trustee to a second trustee.
