In this invention, a management server 2 calculates, on the basis of the weight of articles included in each of a plurality of orders, a total weight of the plurality of articles to be loaded on a UAV1 and compares the calculated total weight and the maximum loadable weight of the UAV1, to thereby determine whether or not the UAV1 can load and deliver the articles included in each of the plurality of orders.
