Abstract:
Tag information corresponding to respective identification information is stored in a tag database as user identification information of individual users, store identification information of individual stores, and product identification information of individual products. A tag management unit performs mutual tag application processing on the tag database, said mutual tag application processing bringing about a state in which the tag information has been mutually applied between the user identification information and the store identification information or the product identification information that relate to a mutual application target action from a user terminal. In accordance with the generation of a tag processing target action from the user terminal, a tag processing unit searches the tag database for the tag information corresponding to the user identification information, the store identification information, or the product identification information that relate to the tag processing target action and acquires tag information or identification information that is used in the generation of presentation information to be sent to the user terminal on the basis of the extracted tag information. A presentation information generation unit uses the tag information or the identification information acquired by the tag processing unit to generate the presentation information to be sent to the user terminal.
