Abstract:
To achieve the objective of this invention, an information processing device according to an embodiment of the present technology comprises an acquisition part, a computation part, and an assessment part. The acquisition part acquires information relating to the height position of a sensor capable of detecting mobile body periphery information. The computation part uses the acquired sensor height position information to compute an assessment region for assessing a situation in the periphery of the mobile body. The assessment part assesses the situation in the periphery of the mobile body on the basis of the computed assessment region and the periphery information having been detected by the sensor.
