Abstract:

Provided are an information processing device, an information processing method, and an information processing program that can contribute to flexibly responding to questions from a user. The present invention sequentially extracts, from a dialogue with the user, a keyword indicating a topic of the dialogue as a topic word, and updates the topic word stored in a storage unit. The present invention extracts, from a dialogue with the user, an intent word that identifies a question from the user. Then, the present invention acquires a topic word with reference to the storage unit, and creates and outputs a response corresponding to the topic word and the intent word.
