Abstract:
The present invention provides an information processing device, an information processing method, a program, and a system which make it possible to assign a predetermined order to a predetermined workstation. An information processing device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a communication interface and a processor. The communication interface transmits/receives data to/from a higher-level management device that manages orders for picking articles, and an automatic transfer vehicle that transfers a plurality of workstations which pick articles and shelves on which articles are stored. The processor acquires a plurality of orders from the higher-level management device via the communication interface. The processor extracts a particular order from the plurality of orders on the basis of label information that indicates the particular order and that is acquired from a first workstation via the communication interface. The processor transmits, to the automatic transfer vehicle via the communication interface, a control signal for transferring, to the first workstation, a shelf that stores an article indicated by the extracted particular order, and a control signal for transferring, to a workstation other than the first workstation, a shelf that stores an article indicated by a normal order other than the particular order.
