An information processing device (100) according to the present disclosure is provided with: an issuance unit (131) for issuing a non-fungible token (NFT) which is a non-substitutable token in a blockchain; an acquisition unit (132) that acquires information of a user who possesses the NFT issued by the issuance unit; and a transmission unit (134) that transmits, on the basis of the information acquired by the acquisition unit, a ticket associated with the NFT to the user.
