Abstract:
Provided are an information processing device and the like for determining a type of facial nerve paralysis by using a face image. The information processing device comprises: an image acquisition unit for acquiring a face image of a user; a feature amount acquisition unit for acquiring a feature amount of the face image on the basis of the face image; and a type determination unit for determining whether paralysis of the user is peripheral paralysis or central paralysis on the basis of the feature amount. The information processing device comprises a paralysis determination unit for determining presence/absence of facial nerve paralysis on the basis of the face image, and the feature amount acquisition unit acquires the feature amount when the paralysis determination unit determines that there is paralysis.
