Abstract:
Provided is an information processing device that executes a first process for generating a work shift table satisfying a constraint condition related to work shifts of a plurality of employees while also minimizing an output value of an objective function related to work shift preferences of the employees, the constraint condition being based on possessed skills which are assigned to each of the employees and which indicate that the employee is capable of performing work on an object of the work and based on the number of employees required in a predetermined period, and outputs whether or not a executable solution exists in the first process.
