Abstract:
The present art relates to an information processing device, an information processing method, and a program that make it possible to predict a future state of a user and to assist the user. An assistance unit according to the present art assists a user on the basis of the result of having inferred the present emotion and/or context of the user and the result of having predicted a future emotion and/or context of the user. The present art can be applied to, for example, a voice agent device of a voice assistance system that delivers a message to a user using a voice that is easiest for the user to receive, the message being delivered as a reply to a request in the form of an utterance or the like from the user, thereby assisting the user.
