This information processing device comprises a generation unit that generates a projection pattern of light to be projected onto an object using a phase modulation method and an estimation unit that estimates distance information indicating the distance from imaging devices to the object on the basis of images captured by the imaging devices through imaging of the object onto which the projection pattern generated by the generation unit is projected.
