Abstract:
The present invention enables a deterioration in conveying performance to be identified efficiently. This information processing device comprises: a data collecting unit for collecting collected data including a route plan planned for a plurality of robots capable of autonomous travel, a job operation state indicating allocation of a robot operation to a job, a movement path for each robot, and an operating state of each robot; an analysis unit which uses the collected data to calculate a result-based evaluation index value including a job required time, a job operation ratio, and a robot operation ratio, and a cause-based evaluation index value corresponding to each route with respect to the route plan; and a visualization control unit for performing control to cause a prescribed display unit to display a display mode enabling a comparison of the result-based evaluation index values, and a display mode enabling a comparison of the cause-based evaluation index values.
