Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of carrying out asset management of user equipment in an efficient and simple manner. A new furniture management unit 51 manages one or more pieces of new furniture among furniture candidates provided in an office used by a user. A shared furniture management unit 52 manages one or more pieces of furniture already provided in another space, among furniture candidates arranged in the office. A subscription management unit 53 manages a contract for paying a prescribed consideration for each prescribed period of time, as a contract for providing N (where N is integer of 1 or greater) pieces of furniture among the candidates managed respectively by the new furniture management unit 51 and the shared furniture management unit 52. For each of the N pieces of furniture being contracted, an equipment management unit 54 registers and manages information pertaining to the piece of furniture, in association with an identifier appended to the actual piece of furniture. A user presentation unit 55 presents, to the user, information about one or more pieces among the N pieces of furniture being contracted. Thus, the aforementioned problem is solved.
